What we made

We built Fastcare, Gentell's wound-documentation platform: a mobile-first, tablet-enabled EHR handling weekly wound evaluations, encrypted data synchronization, and secure cloud storage. Order management connects wound assessments directly to Gentell's product catalog, wound-imaging workflows tie into remote clinician consultations, and reporting tools keep facilities compliant and informed.

The challenge

Gentell needed robust, compliant wound documentation that scales across long-term care facilities with efficient product ordering and facility-wide reporting (QAPI, PUSH, trend logs) built in. The platform had to be secure and friendly at the bedside while supporting imaging, regulatory compliance (F-314, HIPAA), and real-time clinical insights.

How we solved it

The platform captures high-fidelity wound images with structured clinical evaluations and real-time cloud sync, on tablet or smartphone. Assessments drive smart supply ordering and automated recommendations from Gentell's catalog. Facility-wide dashboards generate QAPI reports, trend analyses, clinician logs, and audit-ready documentation aligned with Class I SaMD and privacy requirements. And the partnership continues Gentell's public wound-care advisor, an iAgent™ AI Assistant, is in alpha today with the clinical team holding the pen.
