Role Objective:
Support the Solutions Operation team in administering and delivering a 99.9%+ reliable technical platform and deliver communications delight to SureTech solutions users.

Passionate technical administrator, planner and customer care giver | Level 1 technical support for SureOffice™ platform, and all SureTech™ solutions and services |
Persistent and consistent problem solver | Technical installation, configuration and support for SureTech customer IT assets including:
After hours and weekend project or emergency work when needed |
Self-starter who delivers with minimal direction | Deliver business results, personal objectives and customer satisfaction with an eye to increasing supporting team, company and your personal growth and success |
